How to Make a Calendar Event for Android: 5 Steps (with Pictures)

If you need to remember a particular event one effective method for doing so is to set yourself a reminder. You can do this using the calendar app on your Android.
STEPS

1
CLICK ON THE "APPS" BUTTON FROM YOUR ANDROID\'S HOME SCREEN.

2
HIT THE "CALENDAR" APP. It's located towards the bottom of the apps screen.

3
CLICK AND HOLD THE DATE AND TIME WHERE YOU WANT THE EVENT TO OCCUR. The days are listed across the top, and the times along the side. So each box shows you a particular day and time.

4
CLICK "NEW EVENT" FROM THE MENU THAT APPEARS.

5
TYPE IN THE NAME, LOCATION, AND DURATION OF THE EVENT. Click "save" in the top right to create the event.
TIPS
Use the additional options in the app like making the event repeat, or happen all day to get the most use out of it.
WARNINGS
Make sure you set yourself reminders early enough in the day so that you can be sure to catch the alert.
