How to Delete Cydia from iPhone/iPod Touch: 7 Steps - wikiHow

Cydia is an app that allows jailbroken iPhones and iPod Touches to find and install other apps for jailbroken devices. If you no longer wish to use Cydia, this article will show you how to uninstall it from your device. You must first uninstall all of the apps and upgrades acquired through Cydia, and then uninstall Cydia itself.
STEPS
METHOD 1 OF 2: DELETE APPS/TWEAKS DOWNLOADED FROM CYDIA
1
LAUNCH YOUR CYDIA APP AND SELECT "MANAGE" IN THE BOTTOM NAVIGATION BAR.
2
SELECT "PACKAGES." Scroll through the list and tap one you want to remove.
3
SELECT "MODIFY" IN THE UPPER RIGHT-HAND CORNER. Tap "Remove." Confirm your choice.
4
REPEAT FOR ALL OF THE APPS YOU HAVE DOWNLOADED FROM CYDIA. If you do not delete them before you uninstall Cydia, you may never be able to delete them.
METHOD 2 OF 2: DELETE CYDIA
1
SELECT "PACKAGES" AGAIN IN THE MANAGE SECTION OF CYDIA.
2
SCROLL DOWN TO FIND "CYDIA INSTALLER." Tap on it.
3
SELECT "MODIFY" IN THE UPPER RIGHT-HAND CORNER, FOLLOWED BY "REMOVE." Confirm your choice.
