How to Get Help for the Vision Impaired for Android: 5 Steps

Talkback is a feature on Android that allows support for visually impaired persons in the form of guiding sounds and vocal descriptions. You can activate this feature using built-in controls.
STEPS

SELECT "SYSTEM SETTINGS" IN THE MENU SCREEN ON ANDROID, THEN SCROLL ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE BOTTOM AND SELECT "ACCESSIBILITY."

CLICK ON "TALKBACK" AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE. It will list underneath whether it's on or off.

CLICK ON THE SPACE RIGHT NEXT TO "OFF" AT THE TOP OF THE TALKBACK AREA TO TURN THE FEATURE ON.

CLICK "OK" AFTER READING THE TALKBACK WARNING TO ACTIVATE THIS FEATURE.

FINE TUNE THE TALKBACK FEATURE THROUGH OPTIONS LIKE "SPEAK CALLER ID," THE "PROXIMITY SENSOR" AND BY CHANGING THE VIBRATION PATTERN SETTINGS.
TIPS
Make sure you calibrate Talkback to make sure it doesn't make noise when you don't want it to, such as in important meetings.
